Alexia Martinez | Lead Project Engineer

Alexia is the Lead Project Engineer at Royal Textile Products. She began her journey with the company in 2017 as an Executive Assistant, quickly showcasing her skills and dedication. Her hard work earned her a promotion to Project Estimator in 2018, followed by a transition to Project Engineer in 2022, where she further honed her project management expertise. In 2023, Alexia was promoted to Lead Project Engineer, solidifying her role as a key leader within the team.
 

With a background as an Architectural Studies major and a strong focus on sustainable design, Alexia integrates eco-friendly principles into her work. A proud Colorado native, she draws inspiration from the state’s stunning natural landscapes, channeling this influence into innovative approaches to architecture and design. Her educational insights have modernized company processes, enabling more efficient and streamlined operations while empowering her peers through shared knowledge.
 

Outside of her professional and academic endeavors, Alexia enjoys reading, watching movies, savoring coffee, and traveling. She has a passion for discovering new places and cultures, adding a personal touch of adventure to her life.
