Brad has been a cornerstone of Royal Textile Products since its inception in 1971. His journey with the company began at the young age of 10, when he took on the humble task of sweeping floors. By 13, he was already honing his craft by installing blinds—a skill he continued to refine throughout his college years. During this time, Brad not only mastered the technical intricacies of installation but also gained invaluable insight into the operational and strategic aspects of the business.

 

In 2003, Brad’s dedication and expertise earned him the role of Vice President, where he played a pivotal role in steering the company forward. Under his leadership, Royal Textile Products flourished, maintaining its reputation for quality and service. After decades of exemplary service, Brad transitioned leadership to his daughter, Lisa Kautz. Over the past 10 years, Lisa has upheld the company’s legacy, driving it to new levels of growth and success.

 

As Brad steps into his well-earned retirement, he now enjoys pursuing his passions outside the workplace. An avid outdoorsman, he spends much of his time fishing, golfing, and camping, finding joy and balance in nature. While he relishes this new chapter of life, Brad remains a valued resource, always willing to lend a hand when needed in the warehouse.
