Kara joined the team in late 2024 as an Administrative Assistant and quickly made her mark with her versatility and dedication. With a background that includes selling blinds, shades, drapery, wallpaper, and paint for a national home improvement retailer, as well as administrative experience in the wellness and banking industries, Kara brings a wealth of knowledge to her role.

 

Currently serving as an Estimating Coordinator, Kara works closely with the lead estimator, Krystal Holtz. She plays a key role in preparing take-offs, organizing project folders, and ensuring final bid submissions are accurate and timely. Her diverse experience and keen organizational skills have made her an invaluable member of the estimating team.

 

Outside of work, Kara is a passionate musician, striving to master the 8-string guitar. She also enjoys working in the fiber arts, including spinning wool, knitting, crocheting, and sewing clothes—and even drapes! Her creativity and attention to detail shine both on and off the clock.
