Kayla Hamilton joined the Royal team in 2024 as an Administrative Assistant, where she excelled at coordinating client service needs from the front desk. Her exceptional organizational skills and ability to quickly adapt to new tasks led to her promotion in October 2024 to Executive Assistant, supporting the CEO, Lisa Kautz.
With over 10 years of diverse professional experience, Kayla brings a wealth of knowledge from her previous roles in the healthcare industry, property management, and even as an electrician. Her versatile background enhances her ability to manage complex responsibilities and contribute effectively across the organization.
Outside of work, Kayla enjoys hockey, spending time outdoors, traveling, cooking, and indulging in her favorite beverage, Diet Coke. Her enthusiasm, resourcefulness, and dedication make her an invaluable member of the team.
