Krystal has been an integral part of the team since joining the company in 2013 as an assistant to Donald Kautz, the former Chief of Estimating. Her dedication and talent were quickly recognized, leading to her promotion to Estimator in 2014. As Don Kautz transitioned away from his estimating role, Krystal stepped up to lead the Estimating Department in 2017, bringing innovative ideas and a fresh perspective to every project.

 

Over the past decade, Krystal has witnessed and contributed to the company's remarkable growth under the leadership of Lisa Kautz. Her passion lies in transforming plans on paper into tangible, impactful realities. As one of the company's most seasoned team members, she not only delivers exceptional results but also serves as a mentor and teacher, fostering the development of new Estimators and strengthening the department.
