Nicole began her career with Royal Textile Products in 2015 as an Installation Technician, earning recognition for her exceptional skills and keen attention to detail. Her dedication and field expertise distinguished her, gaining the respect of colleagues and supervisors alike.

In 2021, Nicole advanced to Project Manager, where she thrived in overseeing projects, consistently upholding the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Her ability to manage complex tasks and coordinate diverse teams was instrumental in her success. By 2023, Nicole’s leadership and outstanding performance led to her promotion to Senior Project Manager.

As Royal Textile Products continued to grow, Nicole’s role expanded, and in September 2024, she was promoted to Director of Construction. In this role, she oversees the construction phase of every project, working closely with the CEO and Director of Operations to optimize critical processes for each project awarded to the company.

Nicole is passionate about guiding a project from concept to completion, witnessing ideas transform into reality. She is dedicated to every stage of the construction process, taking pride in delivering results that consistently meet and often exceed client expectations.
