Nikki became a valuable part of Royal's production team in the spring of 2024, diving into the world of drapery and mastering blind customization with enthusiasm. With a background in jewelry making, tile manufacturing, and a knack for crafting just about anything, she quickly became a powerhouse in production. Nikki now excels at building manual rails, cutting blinds to precise sizes, creating stunning drapery panels, and ironing like a true expert.

An artist and silversmith since the 1990s, Nikki brings creativity and craftsmanship to every project. Outside of work, she enjoys cats, cooking, and exploring the endless possibilities of color theory.
