Sean Morin | Estimator

Sean joined Royal in the summer of 2014 as a part-time installer, focusing initially on projects in Colorado Springs. By early 2016, he transitioned to a full-time role, taking on installations across the state. In 2021, Sean advanced into Project Management, where he skillfully balanced his responsibilities in the field with the demands of his new role in the office.

Sean Morin brings a wealth of hands-on construction experience to the team, having worked across a broad spectrum of roles before joining Royal. From basic labor to finish work, Sean has done it all—framing, cabinetry, tile work, exterior painting, and hardware installations, to name just a few. His diverse background provides him with a deep understanding of construction processes and a versatile skill set.

In 2023, Sean took on a new challenge by moving into Bidding, eager to contribute to the pre-construction phase and influence the company’s future direction. Despite his office-based role, Sean remains deeply connected to the field, always ready to don his hardhat and vest to support on-site efforts.
