William Bartling | Assistant Project Manager

William began his career with Royal Textile Products in 2014 as an installation technician. His dedication and attention to detail quickly established him as a reliable and skilled installer, capable of managing his own work and mentoring new team members.

In 2021, William was promoted to Project Foreman, where he took on greater responsibilities, leading teams across multiple projects, maintaining clear communication with clients, and consistently delivering high-quality results.

His strong work ethic, drive, and long-standing commitment to the company earned him another promotion in 2024 to Assistant Project Manager. In this role, William oversees Project Foremen, develops leadership training initiatives, and serves as the right hand to the Director of Construction. His leadership continues to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the project management team, ensuring the successful execution of every project.
